The ideal frequency for your cryotherapy sessions :

  • 2 sessions before your competition and 1 session just after the event, to improve recovery before the big day and thus perform better.


  • 1 session before the competition and 2 after the event to recover more after the big day.


Discover your formula adapted to your schedule   with the off- peak rate on weekdays:

  • from 9:40 to 11:40

  • from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.
